Since Jack has been itching to sit on every pumpkin we have displayed by our front doorstep, I told him we could go visit a field of pumpkins – he was ecstatic! Luckily for us the Pumpkin Patch is just around the corner from our home. If Jack knew how close it was, he might try to run away from home! Our day at the pumpkin patch was extremely windy and cold, just a little taste of winter. We are so sad to see the last bunch of colourful leaves to fall off the trees, and the other morning we woke up to frost covering the ground… Sadly, winter is just around the corner. Can you tell I’m not a fan of winter!? There’s so many layers, mitts, hats, boots, cold hands, runny noses, wet snow, icy roads… it’s only fun for so long. I have desperately been trying to keep our winter coats locked up for a tad bit longer… But maybe not Jack’s little peacoat, its to darn cute to not wear on a chilly day!

Max was all bundled up in the City Select Jack’s favourite part of the Pumpkin Patch… the tractor!
After our visit to the Pumpkin Patch, we headed home and played indoors. It was a little too chilly with the harsh wind for the kid’s to be outside majority of the day.
This rarely happens! And they are even holding hands :D A typical Jack picture Jack using Kat as a jungle gym
Have a safe and Happy Halloween!!
