This blog post is pretty ironic as I type this because we are in the thickest week of winter over here in Canada…

What I dead most about our Canadian winters are the awful cold and flu strains that we pick up from who knows where?? It’s even worse when you have children in school because you know they are bringing home whatever Suzy brought to school last Friday. This year, I’m trying to be extra cautions what germs come into our home because of our little Scottie girl. Let me tell you, it’s SO much harder to keep a healthy household when both boys are in school!
One of my biggest rules for the boys is: as soon as you walk into the house from school, wash hands right away! Do you have a similar rule? It’s the least we can do to keep the boys from bringing any nasty germs into the home. Another thing I am keen on is taking the proper vitamins!
