Before the cooler weather hit here in Canada, Kat and I traveled bright and early to Eugenia Falls to explore. This also ended up being our last adventure together before Kat moved out west. Once we arrived at the falls, we were the only people at the park. We walked over to the top of the falls and took a peak over the edge — yep thats a long ways down, 30 meters to be exact. Then we hiked down one of the trails deciding when and where to venture off into the woods and travel down by the river. It was absolutely stunning, I mean yes it’s just a river and trees, but it was like a scene out of a movie. The only sound was the ambiance of nature; it was very refreshing from city living! Our mission was to hike along the river, reach the bottom of the falls, set up our Ticket To The Moon hammock, and take cool pics. Well we basically did, climbing over gigantic rocks trying not to drop our cell phones or cameras along the way. Lets just say, finding our way back was another adventure of its own! That was our last hurrah for a little while :)
